I ran two miles on the treadmill at lunch today…my lunch is from 10:30am to 11:30am, to avoid the lunch crowd in the gym.
The run went ok, a little slow at first (had to hop off and turn all the fans on). I finished in 27 min, which is slow for me. But then I H-A-T-E the treadmill and getting it done is what I needed.
Tonight I have to run 2 miles at the YMCA. I plan on running there for 27 min, just because that’s how long it took me at lunch time.
