Comments: First mile in 10:48, second mile in 11:02. I think the Garmin was screwed up throw (buildings), I felt slower.
- Walked 1/2 of a mile on the treadmill backwards in the gym.

Thanks for the comment! The NYC Tri is an Olympic distance–1500 meter swim (just under a mile), 24.8 mile bike ride and then a 10K. It sounds like we run similar speeds.
