Comments: Negtive split time! (11:12, 11:02, 10:45) Excellent run. Felt Strong. Forgot my headphones, so no music. That helped me concentrate on the breathing though. Got some side stiches, but I am going to blame that on the little bit of Diet Pepsi I had before the run. The boss gave me the ok to run earlier than lunchtime…he said “Flex time, get your 8 (hours of work) in and I am fine with it”. Good thing he’s a runner and understands! Hopped on the eliptical rider for a mile, going backwards!
