CommentsDidn’t want to go run in the heat, so I thought I’d run a couple of miles on the treadmill. Had to go pee really bad the first mile and a half, but after that the feeling (I went just before hopping on, so I am not sure what that was all about) subsided, thank God! I haven’t run on the treadmill for at least a year and it wasn’t as bad as I remembered, but then I went really slow. (14 min mile) I just didn’t want to loose the drive.

Almost fell off when I was watching the news and they showed some guy (who was running away, on foot, from a policeman) get clipped (not too bad) by a car. Watching that made me cringe and I almost flew off the back of the treadmill…good thing I was going slow! haha NO SIDE PAINS WHILE RUNNING…woot!

CommentsWent backwards…wanted to walk a mile backwards on the treadmill, but that makes it very difficult to watch the 3 big screen TVs they have up in the gym! lol
