Eliptical Rider: 10 min  ~  1.04 miles  ~  112 calories (warmup)

Shoulder Press: 8 lbs x 12  ~ 8 lbs x 12

Dumbbell Curls: 10 lbs x 12  ~ 10 lbs x 12

Side Shoulder Lifts: 8 lbs x 12  ~ 8 lbs x 12

Pull Downs: #5 x 12  ~ #5 x 12

Stomach/Back Bends: x 12  ~  x 12

Back Pulls: 30 lbs x 20  ~  50 lbs x 12

Tricep Pull Down: #3 x 12  ~ #3 x 12

Stomack Crunches: x 12  ~  x 12

Side Bends: (each side)  15 lbs x 20  ~  15 lbs x 20

Edit: I am pretty sore the following morning even though I don’t think I really pushed myself. This is a benchline to see where I am at. I am not sure if I want to increase reps or resistance yet. I used to be (2 years ago) so much stronger, but I don’t know if I want to bulk up like that again.
