Elliptical Rider: None (even though I really wanted to, the hubby said “no” and watched me like a dog)

Shoulder Press: 8 lbs x 20  ~ 8 lbs x 20

Dumbbell Curls: 10 lbs x 20  ~ 10 lbs x 20

Side Shoulder Lifts: 5 lbs x 20  ~ 5 lbs x 20

Pull Downs: #5 x 20  ~ #5 x 20

Stomach/Back Bends: None

Rows Back Pulls: 50 lbs x 20  ~  50 lbs x 20

Triceps Pull Down: #3 x 20  ~ #3 x 20

Stomach Crunches: x 12  ~  x 12 ~ x 12

Side Bends: None

Comment: Yes, I wanted to run, even the treadmill looked appealing. But instead I just lifted weights. Maybe tomorrow (here is to wishfull thinking!). If the leg is not better by Monday then I’ll call the training program’s sports doctor for an appointment.
