After a few days of “rest” (there is no rest for the wicket is there?) I tried running on the treadmill yesterday. Made it a mile and had to get off. My right (outside) hip got pretty sore, shortly there after my hamsting made itself noticable. Called the sports doctor, got an appointment on Thursday.

I highly recommend going to see a chiropractor, if you know of a good one. It can really help to have someone who specializes in soft tissue work on you.
