Comments: Tried to make it a slow run, but at the end I just wanted to get it done and pushed myself a little harder that might have been good for me. My right hamstring is tight (it seems like there is always something tight at the end of a run lol).
Took a bottle of gatorade with me. Ran the first 2 miles without stopping after that I walked one 10th of a mile every mile and also GUed at mile 3.
I am glad my boss let me take my lunch early and make it a long lunch to boot. Good thing he’s a runner and understands how heat can have an effect on runners.
Now I just gotta make it through a very boring 1 hour long meeting without falling asleep! lol

Yeah, I made it through the meeting with the help of a water bottle…Everytime I got really tired (drooping eye lids) I took a drink of water. It worked, my co-worker fell asleep instead! lol
