Shoulder Press: 8 lbs x 20  ~ 8 lbs x 20

Dumbbell Curls: 10 lbs x 20  ~ 10 lbs x 20  ^

Side Shoulder Lifts: 5 lbs x 20  ~ 5 lbs x 20

Pull Downs: #5 x 20  ~ #5 x 20  ^

Stomach/Back Bends: 20 & 20

Rows Back Pulls: 50 lbs x 20  ~  50 lbs x 20

Triceps Pull Down: #3 x 20  ~ #3 x 20  ^

Stomach Crunches: x 20  ~  x 20 ~ x 20

Side Bends: 20 lbs x 20 ~ 20 lbs x 20 (per side)  ^

Comment: Got to the gym a little late at lunch time due to work. Other than being a little hungry it all worked out well. I am loosing inches in my hips and waiste and it’s noticible in the mirror…woot!

Tomorrow I plan on getting my 6 miles in as soon as I get to work…it’s gonna be a hot, hot day!

The “^” means I need to increase the weight.

    I’m jealous every time I read about your strength training. I think that I’m going to start doing that next month.

    It really helps that we have a gym at work. The workout apparatuses that we have at home are covered with dust!
