Comments: Felt strong, this is the furthest I have gone on the elliptical rider to date…the first 5 minutes seem to take forever, but after that time flew. Not sure if I am going to run tomorrow morning. Thursday’s used to be my mid week rest day and I’d push weights around instead. The training program however has six on the menu. I’ll make the decision to run later on today…I feel tired now.
