Comment: I forgot my last weeks workout notes at my desk and went by memory. My legs are tired. I have made the executive decision not to run today and give my legs a break…Core training in the evening.

Shoulder Press: 8 lbs x 20 ~ 8 lbs x 20

Dumbbell Curls: 12 lbs x 20 ~ 12 lbs x 20

Side Shoulder Lifts: 5 lbs x 20 ~ 5 lbs x 20

Pull Downs: #5.5 x 20 ~ #5.5 x 20

Stomach/Back Bends: 20 & 20

Rows Back Pulls: 60 lbs x 20 ~ 60 lbs x 20

Triceps Pull Down: #3.5 x 20 ~ #3.5 x 20

Side Bends: 20 lbs x 20 ~ 20 lbs x 20 (per side) ^

The “^” means I need to increase the weight.

    No news on the animal–the vet hasn’t called me back. I think that I’m going to start strength training in September. You entries make me miss it.
