5.44 miles @ work (10:57)

14 Aug

Comments: I had a really strong run, did not walk at all (no water, no GU), I hit two red stop lights, but other than that I was always moving. Those long runs are really paying off or was it the Epsom Salt steam bath I took last night! šŸ˜‰ I think the cooler weather also helped!

Time: 9:45 am

Weather: 67, sunny, windy, nice

Clothes:Adidas shorts, MiT technical shirt

Shoes: Pearl Izumi

Distance: 5.44 miles

Time: 59:31

Split: 10:57

Course: Around Goodale Park and down Neil Ave & back

Edit: Core training in the evening.

I just found your site and your story of getting started running. Good idea to use the Columbus HM to get in your LR for the full in October. I’ll enjoy following your progress through 26.2.
