Comments: I did some serious butt busting on the elliptical rider today to get my 6 miles in 50 minutes in. My legs are like jello now!
I got my “I am slow, I know…get over it” t-shirt in the mail yesterday from John Bingham Racing and it fit just right! I am going to break it in this week and wear it on Sunday for the 1/2 marathon. It’s the little things in life that matter! 😉
