Comments: The knees were aching at times. It amazed me how mentally I was ok with it, because I knew exactly what was causing it and how to treat it. I just kept going and before I knew it my workout was over.

Of course I forgot my knee exercise instructions at my desk and did the exercises from memory. Note to self: my memory ain’t what it used to be! lol I am sure tonight’s exercise will be much more benficial! 😉

    Those kind of workouts where you just plug through and it’s thankfully over sooner than you expect are great! Good job on working through it.

    Glad to hear you have a diagnosis and know how to deal with it. I had some foot problems earlier in the year and I think the hardest part was trying to figure out what it was and how to treat it. And oh yeah, the pain! Hang in there with the x-training, I’m sure you’ll be back out running in no time.

    Sometimes you just do the best you can and that just has to be good enough. It is a great thing to know what is wrong and still get out there and deal with the discomfort. Congrats on getting back into the ring.
    Knee exercise instructions sound forgetable…. (sp)
