Comments: My body is tired, the run was not just slow because of the heat, but because my body needs some recuperation time. Some knee pain, but not bad. I am making tomorrow a rest day. I might go to Front Runner and get me a new pair of shoes. 🙂

    Shopping always helps feel me better. (that’s how my 2 year old says it!)

    Some of the runs that mean the most to your training are the ones where you just don’t have it. They make you better able to deal with discomfort and make you tougher in the long run. If you can run that well when you feel that bad, just think how great you will be when you feel good.

    Buying new shoes always makes me feel better 🙂 I also agree might be time to take a day off.
