5.37 @ work (11:25)

24 Sep

Comments: Right leg was pretty stiff in the beginning, but after I warmed up it was good. Now, afterwards I just have to remind myself to get up every ten minutes so it won’t get too stiff.

The ball of my left foot under the middle toe still starts hurting after about mile 3, but the toe box is big enough, and my toes are thankful! 🙂

It really sucks when you have to do a run and you know it is going to be painful. You also are well aware that your going to be sore afterwards, so that is a bummer as well. But I give you a ton of credit for just getting out there and getting it done. Because that is what we runners have to do sometimes. Btw, I hate my toes. They are almost always sore during and after runs. It seems most everybody has something to deal with and mine includes my toes. It may get better when you get the new shoes broken in…. just have to see.

Sounds like a decent run after the last two you had. It’s always great when the next run feels better than the last one. Way to keep it up!
