Weightlifting

I am still trying to figure out were my starting point is, but I think I am getting closer. I bumped it up by 15 lbs from last week and it was a lot tougher.  Next week I’ll bump it up by 5 lbs. I am looking forward to running tomorrow.

Bench Press – Pyramid

60 lbs x 12

65 lbs x 10

70 lbs x 8

75 lbs x 6

80 lbs x 4

85 lbs x 2

90 lbs x 1

~~~~

100 lbs x 1 <— failed 😦 arms were too tired.

 TricepDips: 2 x 10 with weight assistance (#10)

    Holy Smokes! You’re one strong lady! I’d hard pressed to bench 20 lbs! Keep up the excellent work.
