We are starting to work on our upper body routine. Again, I am not sure where I am at. Looks like other than the chest press I started off too light.

Chest Press:

# 4 x 20            # 4 x 16

Shoulder Press:

# 2 x 20            # 2 x 20

Pull Downs:

# 3 x 20            # 3 x 20

Cable Rows:

50 lbs x 20         50 lbs x 20

Stomach crunches (on bench):

12                     12

Dips (between benches):

    The only way to know is to test the waters. Looks like you are finding out. One thing I love about lifting is the progress is so fast!! Good job.

    Yes, the Jingle Bell Run is a lot of fun (look at me! I’m a poet) and really festive. And it was pretty huge last year. I finished in about 30.45 and at one point the kid I was running with tunred around and said “Holy crap! Look at all the people behind us!” That made me feel pretty good. =D

    Great job on the weight training!

    I really admire your dedication to strength training. “Bleh” is my feeling about it…conveniently, i gave up my gym membership.
