20 min elliptical & some weightlifting

Comments: I planned on going outside, but just didn’t feel like it. Instead I got on the ellitpical rider, which was kinda nice ’cause I had the hubby right next to doing the same thing. With him by my side the 20 minutes went really fast.

Comments: We are going out to eat for lunch tomorrow and Wednesday so I wanted to get my weightlifting out of the way. I wasn’t nearly as successful as I had hoped. Part of it had something to do with that I started the weights off too heavy (forgot my notebook), that I already spent a hard 20 min on the elliptical rider, that I didn’t have enough food in me, and that my chest felt jucky.

Bench Press – Pyramid

45 lbs x 12 (warm up) 

70 lbs x 12 (should have started at 65)

75 lbs x 10

80 lbs x 6 (that’s when my arms died and my determination broke 😦 )

    Hi Penny.

    Isn’t it the greatest thing when you have someone next to you to pass the time. It is also nice to have the sort of “Misery loves company.” thing as well.
