The hubby had a luncheon to attend so I lifted by myself, not as much fun. I kicked my own butt though; I can barely lift my arms…not sure what I would do if I had to sneeze! 😉

Warm up: Rowing Machine

Shoulder Press:

Pull Downs:

Cable Rows:

    I need to get motivated for some lifting. I get that unable to lift the arms thing… examining patients when you can’t lift ’em is a real bummer!

    I did some hills yesterday and the soreness is starting to hit me. 😛 That’s a good thing right?? PROGRESS….
