E. Rider ~ 2.4 miles & Rowing Machine

Comments: Didn’t think that the elliptical rider would be enough, so I hopped on  the rowing machine for a bit. I am excited because my 1/2 marathon training officially kicks off this Saturday. I am so ready to get back into a pre-determined running routine!
