Comments: My thought process over the course of the morning:
At my desk: “I’ll run the 2 miles outside, I haven’t run outside in a while…maybe I’ll run tomorrow, I just don’t feel like working out….oh, snow and ice tomorrow, well I’ll run today…”
Lockerroom: “Crap, what the hell is wrong with me, why didn’t I check to make sure I have running clothes packed instead of indoor workout clothes…it’s 11 now and the 20 min limit on machines means I can’t get my two miles in…what a goof I am!”
So I signed up for 20 min on the treadmill and with all the elliptical riders & stationary bikes being used, I signed up for the stairstepper after that.
