Comments: I did not get my outdoor running clothes ready, so I ran on the treadmill instead. I noticed also, even though I am slower on the treadmill overall I spend less time in the gym if I run 2 miles indoors instead of outdoors. Perhaps it’s because of less layers and the fact that I can start running right away instead of walking to my starting point first.
If I could only come to like the treadmill a bit better! 😉
I still have occasional pains in my left side, but they are not nearly as intense as they used to be and less frequently than in the past. 🙂
