2 miles @ work treadmill

Comments: I did not get my outdoor running clothes ready, so I ran on the treadmill instead. I noticed also, even though I am slower on the treadmill overall I spend less time in the gym if I run 2 miles indoors instead of outdoors. Perhaps it’s because of less layers and the fact that I can start running right away instead of walking to my starting point first.

If I could only come to like the treadmill a bit better! 😉

I still have occasional pains in my left side, but they are not nearly as intense as they used to be and less frequently than in the past. 🙂

    I’m not real crazy about the treadmill either. I like the way you document your workouts.

    I’m glad you are having less frequent pain now. I try to tell myself that what the treadmill lacks in excitement, it makes up for in convenience. That usually works after the work out better than during, but I try to stay positive about it!

    Yuck to the treadmill. I agree with Nancy that it’s easier to be positive after the workout than during. But I admire your consistency.
