Comments: Yesterday turned into a snow day, and the sidewalks are still covered today, so on the treadmill I went. I lifted weights (Chest, Tri, back) afterwards because I need to start burning more calories and the 2 miles every 3rd day just don’t cut it. The last two days have almost been pain free…woot!
