Comments: Good run, good workout. I am going to try to do lifting 2 times a week now that is shouldn’t make me sore for 4 days! This is not to gain mass/strength, but rather to increase calories burned.

Tricep dips (assisted): #14 x 10, #14 x 10 

Back Bends: 10

Bicep curls: 8lbs x 20, 8lbs 20
