1 mile & weightlifting

Comments: I spent too much time on the PC last night and didn’t get to bed until late. So with 5 hours of sleep I didn’t want to work out at all. I managed to drag myself downstairs, run on the dreadmill for a mile and then went on to lifting.

Total Mileage for February: 33 miles! Not bad considering I only ran 10.4 in January and 26.1 in December.
