Comments: They can’t all be great runs, now can they? This one was a bit painful, BUT it was self inflicted in some way. The hubby made these KILLER blueberry pancakes for breakfast…boy, did they sit heavy during the run! Lesson learned: Do not eat too many pancakes before a long run. 🙂
Other than the stomach cramping between mile 2 and 3 the run went fine. It was a beautiful day to run!
