2 miles @ work treadmill – Weightlifting

Comments: My legs were still heavy from Sunday’s run and I was seriously contemplating on giving them more rest time. I hopped on the treadmill with the intentions on quitting after one if they didn’t stop hurting, but before mile one they loosened up and I was able to finish the second mile without any problems.

4 miles @ home (11:35)

Comments: These 4 miles seemed very long today. I think part of it is to blame on the fact that I overdressed (and was still tired). I should have run in shorts and shirt, but yet I was out there with long sleeve shirt and pants. I am glad I brought the gloves, but at the end of the run I had taken them off.

Considering my sluggishness I am happy with the time.

Weather: 50’s, sunny

Clothes: Long sleeve shirt, Pants, Gloves, BB Hat

Shoes: Saucony

Course: Towards New Salem and back.
