Comments: I felt pretty stiff going into it, and it didn’t really improve during the run, but that doesn’t mean it was a bad run, just not a very fast one. I’ll be doing some stretching tonight when I get home.

My wrist is still swollen (not as bad as yesterday), but it did not hurt while I ran. I was a bit worried that it might.
