Comments: The hubby went with me! That was kinda nice, but he hasn’t run in forever and has shin splint issues (some people are just not meant to be runners). We ran for a little bit, real slow, and streched, but even that brought pain to his legs. So he walked and I ran for about a mile and then walked back to work with him. It was fun and I hope we can do this again soon (just further).
