Comments: My big debate whether I should listen to my book on tape or music turned out to be a mute one; I had left my headset at home! Doh! Instead I just listened to my body and breathing.
My intentions to run the whole 3 miles without walking worked! I kept telling myself that I managed to run 2 miles without walking, so what’s one more mile. Turns out this was one of my best runs in a very, very long time.
Mile 1: 10:17 Mile 2: 10:21 Mile 3: 10:08
I am soooo excited about the splits! I am running a 10k on June 8th and I am really hoping that I’ll be faster than I was on Saturday.
Tomorrow is weightlifting day, but my wrist is still sore and with vacation comin’ up next week I don’t want to push my luck. The elliptical rider will have to do, or I might go out for an easy run.

I think it’s really cute that you post what you wear on your runs. It’s actually really wise too if you chafe and can’t remember what caused it! 🙂 Just had to say that…
