Hi Penny
I really have a hard time with the whole group thing myself. I always end up going it alone because the group is not going the pace I want or it is just easier to rock out to the IPod. BTW, I am also always impressed with how you cross train. I am trying to add swimming and a little bit of weights to what I do, but it is really hard to find the time.
