Comment: My legs and ankles have been swollen on and off since yesterday afternoon. I have not changed my diet so I am not sure where this is coming from. Exercise seems to help ease the swelling. If they swell back up after lunch then I’ll call my Dr for an appointment. If it is not one thing it is another… *sigh*
