Comments: It is amazing what difference the temperature makes! I had a very strong run.

Time: 10:00 am

Weather: 65, sunny

Clothes: Sleeveless MiT Shirt, NB shorts

Shoes: Saucony ProGrid (118.2 miles)

Distance: 3

Time: 31:56

Split: 10:38

Course: To W. Fulton, up it four times to S. Front, and back to work.

Pushups:

Week 1 – Day 2: 4 x 3 x 2 x 2 x 4 (I could done at least one more, but for some reason thought 4 was all I needed to do!)

    Found your blog via HundredPushups which I’m also doing. Despite being on opposite sides of the world, it appears we have a few things in common, both did our first marathon in Oct last year, both like Saucony shoes and both doing the Pushups challenge!
