6 – Long Run (11:31) & Push Ups

Comments: Slow but good run. Did not run with the group today and my speed shows it, but I felt good during the last mile.

I messed up and didn’t hit start on my Garmin and missed the first 0.94 miles of the run. So I used the average of the 5.06 to come up with a total running time.

Time: 8:30 am

Weather: 70, sunny

Clothes: Sleeveless NB Shirt, Adidas shorts, Fuel Belt

Shoes: Saucony ProGrid (121.2 miles)

Distance: 6

Time: 1:09:06

Split: 11:31

Course: To New Salem and back.

Week 1 – Day 3: 5 x 4 x 4 x 3 x 9 (On to Week 2…woot)

    I ran that distance yesterday. I really like it. So far, it’s probably my favorite distance. Maybe. Which Garmin do you have?
