Comments: Slower than I had hoped, but I was not dead at the end. Food pain under the left foot starting at mile 4. GUed at mile 4 and 8. Drank every 2 miles.
I think that I need to overcome the physiological hurdle that prevents me from running faster when running long distances. It’s like something keeps me slow so I don’t die at the end….frustrating
