Comments: My legs felt heavy and my joints stiff. The first mile was painful, my calves felt really really right. I’ll need to run “the stick” over them tonight because they are still tight.

It was overcast and drizzling on and off outside and it was actually a bit chilly. Kinda nice! Ran the 4 miles straight, no stopping.

My Garmin Forerunner 205, after I start sweating, starts sliding up and down my wrist and usually rubs against the wrist bone. Adjusting the band does not help (I miss the velco the 201 had). I think I have remedied this situation by buying a wrist sweat band that I now wear under the watch. The watch can’t slide and my wrist bone stays unbruised.

My shoes only have 150 miles on them and they are already wearing off in the heal area. *sigh*
