Comments: My legs, my whole body as a matter of fact were still tired from the run. I kept telling myself this is a recovery run, no need to set a snail’s land speed record. Parts of me enjoyed the run another part remembered why I quit running after long races.

But…I am still at it. However, I am not sure if I really want to try the marathon again. I am not sure if I want to put my body through it. I am going to continue to train for it, but I hate to run for 2 to 3 hours on a Saturday and then be recovering for the whole weekend. That doesn’t seem fair to the family. So…we’ll see how it goes.

I hurt my back in the afternoon, not bad, but it’s just a slight knot. I won’t do push ups tonight, so I won’t irretate it. Tomorrow is strength training. I am hoping it’ll be better.
