Week 2 – Day 3: 15 x 15 x 12 x 12 x 16 (70 total)
With the 1/2 marathon last weekend it’s been a week since I have done push ups, but I was able to complete the required numbers. Exhaustion test is next, hopefully Saturday. 🙂
I stepped on the scale this morning, which I haven’t done in a while, and it showed me a number I have not seen in a long time. A good number! 🙂 I sure hope I can keep this up, or that, keep it going down! 🙂
