Comments: Not a bad comeback from Sunday’s run. My calves where a bit tight the first mile, but it got better as they warmed up. It would be great if the weather could stay like this for a while.

    I am home and finally having a chance to catch up on your progress. You are doing awesome and I’m feeling like I need to go do some push ups now! I think I have picked another marathon to train for, so that should help me with the numbers on my scale! 😉
