Comments: This was one of those runs that felt really good. I was indecisive about the mileage I was going to run, I had only run 3 miles all week. The numbers I was tossing around were 6, 8, and 10. I settled on 8
I made it out just before the sun came up. The full moon looked so pretty and made it possible to see the road. I did not notice the hills in the dark like I do when it is light. Hmm
I ran the first 4miles in 45:24, and the second 4 miles in 44:17; over a minute faster than the first half. 🙂
I drank at mile 2, 4, and 6, and GUed at mile 4. I am very happy with this run. My calf was sore at the end and loosened up after I stretched after I got home.
