Comments: Yesterday, as I was putting the Garmin in the gym bag I was thinking to myself, “I really need to charge it tonight.” Did I do it? Nope! So today the infamous “Battery Low” message displayed and it shut off shortly thereafter. Oh well. What’s another run without a time? š
The new ‘loafers’ felt good on the feet and I had a good run. It was a tad bit windy at times, but it was a nice way to cool down.
Is it all finally paying off???: After the run/shower I got dressed and looked in the mirror I noticed that my rear (would it be appropriate to say “ass”?) was no longer there…baggy pants! omg! And last night I was going through winter running clothes in preparation for winter (hey, autumn starts on the 22nd!) I tried some of the shirts on that I had bought but were too small (I tend to do that *sigh*). Holy Batman, they fit! Including my Columbus Marathon shirt, woot!
I haven’t decided yet what I am going to run on Saturday. It will be somewhere between 10 and 15. I am looking forward to the peace and quiet during that run.
