Comments: For once I had a good feeling 10 miler. Even though I was already starting to feel soreness muscles from riding our quads the day before, I felt strong through the whole run.
I tried GUing at mile 5, but I was out of my regular GU (*mental note: never let that happen again!), and brought some other brand AND flavor thinking that it shouldn’t be too bad. Yeah right. NOT! Most of my GU ended up on the side of the road.
