Comments: I had side stitches…wth? They started almost right out of the gate (so to speak). I was able to get them under control after about 1.5 miles. I was thinking “I don’t need THIS during the half!” It was not like I started like a bat out of hell…no, not so. I took it slow. I’ll have to brute over this one for a bit longer…
After I got back to the gym I did a lot of stretching plus 20 uninterrupted push ups. That felt good.
I keep looking at my running spreadsheet…omg, I only have three training days left!!! If I keep looking at it, the urge to go out and run or lift weights dramatically increases…yickes!
Tomorrow I’ll be getting on the stationary bike, and then it’s eat and rest until Sunday!
The good thing is that I have a new tab started (see purple) for the Capital City Distance Classic. So, life won’t come to an end after the 19th! (Thank goodness!)
