Comments: Things were to busy for me on Saturday to go run. I treked outside Sunday morning and was suprised to find that I didn’t need a long sleeve shirt nor gloves!
My legs felt a little sluggish and it seemed like I was running a bit in molasses for the first few miles. That feeling subsided after about 3.
Things went good and I was in my zone for the next 4 miles. Gosh, how I love that feeling!
Starting around mile 7 I developed a side stich, which stayed with me for the last 2 miles.
Overall a good run even though I felt slow.
