Comments: My biceps and triceps are sore from yesterday…my gosh I can hardly hold the streering wheel! lol

The run was ok until about mile 2, then I started getting side pains and actually had to walk a bit. After mile 4 I was fine and felt like a well oiled piece of machinery.

Run Time: 54:25

Split: 10:09

Course: To Goodale Park, x 1 then up to 5th and back.
