Triceps Pull Downs:
2 x 20 x 4 blocks
Biceps Cable Pull Ups:
1 x 20 x 3 blocks – 1 x 20 x 2 blocks

I haven’t had any sort of a workout in over a week, so ANYTHING is welcome right now. Even a weight workout! Glad to see you are still going strong!
