Comments: Yesterday health wise was not a good day. I woke up with an upset stomach and decided, after dropping the youngest at the sitter that it was a good day to stay home. In the “Lost and Found” department in our household it was however a good day. I found my iPod (between the passenger seat and the door in the car), my TNT running shirt (amidst the daughter’s clothes), and my older Gamin, which I was going to lend to someone (just were it suppose to be, in the cupboard, just a tad to the right though). During the afternoon my stomach settled down.
Today I woke up feeling much better. I went to Front Runner to pick up my running packet for Saturday’s Jingle Bell run and picked up a new running jack while there. Wo-hoo! I love my ( 4+ year) old Brooks jacket, but the tap that you pull the zipper up and down with disappeared a year or so ago and with this jucky weather it was time to get a newer one.
During the run today I had side stiches again 😦 , first on the left, then on the right, after about 2 miles they went away.
My pace is slowing down. I won’t become concerned until I run 10:30 or slower though. I do need to start watching what I am eating, I think that had ALOT to do with it. *sigh*
