I ran 12 miles today. That run has been heavy on my mind throughout the whole week. I ran 8 last Saturday and was very sore and tired after that. I did have a good 4 mile run on Tuesday, but 12 is a bit father than 4.
But my worries were for nothing. I made sure I had a good dinner; pasta yummy and the run went very well.
I didn’t realize that during last week’s run I lost my TNT bracelet and found it today on the road!
It would be a lie, if I said that I wasn’t sore. I am, but not as sore as last week. I feel I am ready for the 13.1 on May 2nd; my 9th 1/2 marathon. Three more weeks!
