Comments: I was not able to run at lunch, so I ran after we got home from work. No fuel belt and no hydration during the run; I slowly died after mile 3. Since I stopped drinking pop/soda and replaced it with water I sweat more, that’s for sure.
Another blister, left foot, at the start of the arch, towards the toes. *sigh*
The good news, no nasty dog, I am getting my spitting technique down pretty good, and no side pains!
